Deli Geese Project – Block #33 – Guinevere

Here is block number #33 of the Deli Geese Block Project!

Guinevere

33 Guinevere

Block #33 Guinevere, uses the Top Units from Dark Flying Geese units.  Details of making the units are found here.

Top Unit from Dark Flying Geese

Top Unit Dark

Guinevere uses:
A – four Top Units from Dark Flying Geese units.
B – four  5″ squares cut in half on the diagonal – I used one half in this block and the other half in block #34
C – four 2 1/2″ squares cut from one 5″ square
D – four 2 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ pieces of background (light)
E – one 2 1/2″ square background
F – four 2 1/4″ squares

After completing the center portion of this block square it up to 8 1/2″ before adding the Deli Geese Units.

33 GuinevereThis block will measure 12″ at this point and finish 11 1/2″

This block as well as many others in the Deli Geese Block Project uses 5″ squares.  It’s a great block for charm packs, layer cakes, and of course stash fabrics.

Deli Geese, because they’re sliced !

Enjoy!

  1. That’s so great! I can see this with greens and lavenders, or some other flower color (not pink!) and looking so floral, while this one is more crown/royal looking. Thanks!
