Deli Geese Blocks #7 through #12 Original and Inverse Value

Using the invert option in Photoshop, I am able to quickly see what the Deli Geese blocks would look like if a black or other very dark background fabric is used.  By using a very dark background you can put to use some of those lighter fabrics in your stash that might otherwise be overlooked because they didn’t provide enough contrast before.

Below are blocks 7 through 12 of the Deli Geese Block Project, the original and the inverse in value.

Block #7 Dasher

Block #8 Dancer

Block #9 Tom Sawyer

Block #10 Huckleberry Finn

Block #11 Lucy

Block #12 Desi

These blocks as well as many others in the Deli Geese Block Project use 5″ squares.  They are great blocks for charm packs, layer cakes, and of course stash fabrics.

Deli Geese, because they’re sliced !

Enjoy!
